Spring Taste & Learn Event

Hey everyone!  I am excited to be working on an event here in Atlanta with my awesome fitness home Excellence in Exercise to celebrate the joys of seasonal eating!  I have it posted on my Facebook page, but wanted to share it here as well to make sure everyone has an opportunity to join!  Anyone local is welcome to come partake in some delicious food and learn a little bit about how to incorporate more seasonal ingredients into your meal plan.


Join Excellence In Exercise’s Katie Jensen – plant-based expert, blogger & author of Vegan Bowls of Goodness – for a Seasonal Plant-Based Eating Taste & Learn. Whether you are a carnivore or a herbivore, we can all benefit from finding creative ways to get more veggies & fruits into our diets!

Katie will share three plant-based dishes highlighting some of the current seasonal fruits and vegetables that you can find at the local farmers market and stores. In addition, you will learn why seasonal eating can play such a big role in any healthy nutrition plan and how to incorporate those types of meals into your routine.
