Summer Taste & Learn Event
Hey everyone! It is time for another seasonal eating nutrition event at my training home Excellence in Exercise! We had a great event back in April, so we wanted to make sure to give everyone another opportunity to partake in the next fun and informational event. The basic focus is still on seasonal, plant-based eating, but this time around I will have a specific topic to focus on, as well. Any local Atlanta followers are welcome to attend! Come join Katie (aka Plants to Planks) for a taste of what the Summer season has to offer. She’ll share with you three different plant-based dishes highlighting some of the current seasonal fruits and vegetables that you can find at the local farmers market and stores. In addition, this event we will also focus much of the conversation on raw foods. Why raw? Summer is a great time to lighten things up with fresh, unprocessed meals. There are also benefits to eating certain foods in their raw state, so we will talk about what those are and how to incorporate them into any dietary plan!
